Service alone wasn’t enough. Clients needed technology that understood Real Estate nuance. NTrust builds REmaap — a purpose-built platform for lease abstraction, migration, and operations. The company becomes tech-enabled.
The AI era.
The industry reaches the limits of manual abstraction. NTrust invests in AI before the market demands it — building NEx4, a proprietary LLM trained on thousands of Real Estate leases. When the rest of the market catches up, NTrust is already five years ahead.
The integrated era.
