A Client was utilizing two different, self-hosted, Yardi 4.6 systems with two different Charts of Accounts to manage a complex portfolio of approximately 100 offices, retail, and multifamily assets. The client wanted to consolidate Yardi systems to a single, hosted, Yardi 7s environment and migrate all their detailed GL transaction history.

SOLUTION

Despite being told by Yardi it couldn’t be done, the company selected NTrust’s to perform lease abstraction and audit services.

The decision was made to use NTrust’s proprietary data migration tool, REmaapTM, to migrate and validate the 1,000 leases, and audit this data against freshly re – abstracted data provided by NTrust. Once the lease data was validated, the leases were uploaded to the new Yardi 7s environment.
