What is REmaap?
REmaap is NTrust's proprietary lease abstraction and migration platform — the operational backbone that powers our AI engine (NEx4) and our co-sourcing services (NuSource). 80 tools across 11 workflow stages, purpose-built for commercial real estate teams.
How is REmaap different from generic project management tools?
Generic tools (Asana, Monday, Trello) are workflow engines without domain knowledge. REmaap is a Real Estate-native platform with 80 specialized tools for lease abstraction, validation, comparison, and reporting. Things like Lease Comparison (master vs. multiple), Annotation Viewer, and LeaseAI Notes don't exist on generic platforms — they'd need to be custom-built.
Is REmaap available standalone or only with NTrust services?
Both. REmaap is available as a standalone platform for in-house lease teams who want the toolset without the co-sourcing relationship. It's also embedded in every NuSource engagement at no additional cost.
How long does implementation take?
Typical standalone implementations: 4–8 weeks depending on portfolio size, number of source systems to integrate, and customization needs. Embedded REmaap (within a NuSource engagement) is operational from day one.
What about data security and SOC 2?
REmaap is SOC 2 Type 2 certified. MFA authentication is mandatory for all users. Data security rules are configurable per-client and per-role. Full audit trails capture every action with user, timestamp, and reason code. Snapshot versioning preserves point-in-time states for compliance review.
Can REmaap be customized for our specific schema?
Yes — and without code. Templates, mapping rules, NLP routing, and workflow approvals are all configurable through the platform. Generic Picklist Management lets you tune dropdowns. Custom data points can be added without engineering involvement.
