Srikanth Ramachandran.
Srikanth founded NTrust in 2003 with a thesis most of the industry dismissed: real estate deserves a specialist services and technology partner, not a generalist BPO. Twenty-three years later, NTrust serves 400+ institutional clients across 70 countries.
He has personally led the architecture of every major NTrust product — from the original REmaap platform through to NEx4’s proprietary LLM. His working principle: “technology accelerates expertise, it doesn’t replace it.” Every NTrust AI output runs through human specialists — not because the AI isn’t good, but because that’s what institutional Real Estate requires.
