Mike has over 30 years in the real estate industry. He excels in strategic planning, financial operations, business transformation, and technology, with a proven track record of driving innovation and bottom-line success. His work spans careers in accounting, management consulting, and executive management in private and public companies within the real estate and broader financial services industry. As a management consultant, Mike led a global real estate services practice as a Principal with a Big 4 accounting firm, where he directed a growing practice of high-performing individuals serving leading real estate organizations in the areas of finance and technology. As an executive in both private and public companies, he led large-scale improvements to operating models and built financial processes and analytical platforms to increase stakeholder visibility into future corporate, portfolio, and asset performance. Known as a servant leader and team player, Mr. Harrison is recognized for his ability to blend strategy with execution, making him a valuable leader and catalyst for growth in the real estate industry.
